The key to success for perfect yogurt is the InstantPot. A regular slow cooker isn't able to maintain the required 110 degrees F for the culture to ferment.

- 8 cups Fresh Organic Whole Milk Low fat , skim acceptable
- 1 heaping tablespoon Unflavored yogurt with active cultures
Heat milk in Instant Pot and bring to boil.
Cool to 110 degrees F and stir in yogurt
Set Instant Pot to "yogurt" and time for 8-12 hours. Longer time produces a stronger flavor.
Spoon into jars and refrigerate.
Enjoy with fresh fruit, lightly sweetened or with fresh vegetables.
