Sugar-free "truffles"

You won't believe these are sugar free! Rich and creamy, but unbelievably simple to make. Rich and creamy, these are the easiest treats to make and require no cooking or baking. Try rolling these in different nuts and toppings for a delightful presentation!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Sugar free peanut butter cups https://nuts.com/chocolatessweets/premium-chocolates/mini/milk-peanut-butter-cups-sugar-free.html

Instructions

  • Microwave peanut butter cups in a glass bowl just until melted. Chips won't appear melted but stir them every 15 seconds to prevent burning.
  • Stir in the stabilized whipped cream and thoroughly mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours until chocolate mixture becomes firm enough to handle. Roll the mixture into balls (about the size of a rounded teaspoon), then roll the balls into ground nuts, or other topping of your choice Return to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
