  • Immersion Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Kefir
  • 4 tbsp sugar substitute Allulose, Erythritol, Monk fruit
  • 4 tbsp organic cocoa
  • 2 tsp Konjac root powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except Konjac Root
  • Whip ingredients with immersion blender
  • Quickly add Konjac Root powder and continue to whip being careful not to let the Konjac Root clump.
  • Pour into serving dishes and chill.
